Trek for Trash
The Village of Milan will hold a Trek for Trash for the Fall season on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 8am to 2pm.We will be issuing coupons for those that have vehicles able to haul items to the transfer station and will also have dumpsters available at Village Hall, 609 US Route 66, Milan, NM 87021 and at Febco Fire Station, 1611 Febco Street, Milan, NM 87021.
Dump Coupons will be issued ONLY on Saturday October 5, 2024 and must be picked up at Village Hall.
Friday, October 4 & Saturday, October 5, 2024 the Village of Milan will be picking up bagged trash and large items, no rocks or dirt. Please have your tree limbs cut to 3 feet in length. Village crews will only pick up at the sidewalk. UN-BAGGED TRASH AND TREE LIMBS LARGER THAN 3 FEET IN LENGTH WILL NOT BE PICKED UP! Please be neighborly and help your senior/disabled neighbors get their trash to the sidewalk.
If you would like your trash picked up, please sign up prior to Wednesday, October 2, 2024. Sign ups will be at Village Hall between 8:30am ~ 4:30pm.
